Hire Remote Stars provides a platform that connects clients with qualified remote workers and developers, facilitating the hiring process, managing contracts, and ensuring smooth collaboration.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract.

You may be required to create an account to hire through our platform. You agree to provide accurate, current information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Job Posting: Clients can post job listings with detailed project information and requirements.

Candidate Selection: Clients have access to candidate profiles; selection is at the client's sole discretion.

Contracts and Payments: A contract outlining scope, payment terms, and timelines is created once a candidate is selected. Payments are made through the Hire Remote Stars platform.

Clients are responsible for service fees, outlined during the hiring process and subject to change with prior notice. Payments are made through the methods provided on our platform. Refunds are handled case-by-case per the contract terms.

Clients are expected to provide clear instructions, necessary resources, and timely feedback, and to ensure payments are made promptly per the agreed terms.

Professionals hired through Hire Remote Stars are expected to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively. Failure to do so may result in contract termination.

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, an obligation that extends beyond contract termination.

IP created during the engagement transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

Either party may terminate a contract per its terms, with outstanding payments for completed work settled upon termination. Hire Remote Stars reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of these terms or unlawful activity.

Hire Remote Stars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation first; unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration under applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms; changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Legal proceedings related to these terms are brought exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.
